Balloon Engagements by the Lake

It's that time again... Engagement Monday! This week, our engagement photos were submitted by Mollie Jane Photography. You can't help but love this couple's bright colors and bright smiles. Such a fun engagement session!

What a stunning shot! Love love love everything about it!

Not only did this couple coordinate their clothes with each other, but they match the balloons perfectly too and all their bright colors stand out wonderfully against the background.

Love these smiles! I also love the semi-casual look that the groom-to-be is sporting. It just gives the photos that much more personality.

So cute! Gotta throw some flirtation in to your photos for sure. It makes them more fun and usually makes for the best pictures too.

Beautiful couple. This shot's a keeper.

It's so adorable how close these two are in this shot. Don't be afraid to get close. :)

So stylish and adorable! It's always a good idea to do at least one wardrobe change in your engagement shoot.

Props can make all the difference in your engagements. Don't be afraid to grab some balloons to add color or some other props to show off more of your personalities.

Always get in some close-ups and some not-so-close-ups. The variety will make all the difference and with a background like this, how could you not get that scenery in there?

Location is SO important for engagements. Having such a fantastic canvas will make these pictures ones that you will cherish forever.

Gotta love the popped leg. :)

Paying attention to the details in you outfit like the shoes can really pay off with an adorable picture like this one.

  1. I LOVE this session! And actually, I think I know exactly where the whole first part was shot; I've shot right by there too! Was it in Provo, by the river? Sort of close to the airport? I recognize that road and those plants! I'm sure there are other places that look like that, but I just, I know that spot!

I think the neutral clothes and neutral background and WILD pop of balloons is awesome. Great job!
