Honestly...
Film friday could be just be called "Kale Fitch Friday" and I would never run out of goodness to feature.
Ever.
Today's sparkly awesomeness features the Manhattan, New York Temple.
I have ALWAYS wanted to feature a wedding here, but no one ever submits them.
Thank you Kale for answering my prayers, yet again.
Dave and Kylie's wedding was detail filled and deliciously pleasing to the eye.
I love Kylie's style - hair, veil, jewelry, basically everything.
If I was engaged, I would study this wedding for inspiration.
STUDY it.

Gordon and Carole : Salt Lake City Wedding Film
Ryan Hinman Films NEVER disappoints.
This beautiful wedding film is no exception.
It. Is. Beauty-Full.
Ryan calls it "grounded in reality".
That's perfect.
It isn't grandiose or theatrical. Its their wedding day. In all its blissful glory

Lisa and Brett: Salt Lake City, Utah Temple Film
Ok, every time I feature someone new, I know I say this but... I think I found another new favorite film maker (to add to my list of growing favorites)
David Stauffer is very talented and I submit the adorable film below (staring the lovely loves, Lisa and Brett) as evidence.
Have a gander -

Mormon Messages: What Matters Most
"They do not love, that do not show their love." - William Shakespeare
Pres. Monson has devoted his life to loving and caring for those around him through selfless service. In this brief Mormon message, he reminds us that the most important thing is to express our love for each other. There is no better way to strengthen a relationship--especially an eternal one--than to tell each other how much you care about and love one another.
Assuming that your fiance or spouse knows you love them is not enough. Tell them and show them on a daily basis how much you care. And if you happen to be planning a wedding or dealing with a different stressful situation that might otherwise be a strain on your relationship, remember to use it as an opportunity to serve your companion and grow closer together through heartfelt expressions of love rather than letting it create a rift between you.

Film Friday: Corbin and Ashlyn
Corbin and Ashlyn were sealed in the Los Angeles Temple and their fantastic film was captured by Romantic Wedding Videos
I love her toes, her dress, that amazingly huge bouquet, that simple and beautiful hair and makeup, and that dashing groom.
This is a same day edit, so there is no reception footage. In fact, it was probably shown at their reception.
Just fabulous, right?

Micah and Brittney: Las Vegas, NV Temple Wedding Film
Loving this film created by Ryan Hinman for Micha and Brittney's Las Vegas Temple Wedding
A few words from the film maker, Ryan Hinman
I spent a lot of time with Micah and Brittney. An amazing couples story and a full day in searing Las Vegas, NV. It was May 1st and I remember it being incredibly hot. As a result, I feel like I really got to know them on a personal level. Want to have your wedding videographer really understand you two on a much more personal level? Do some sort of pre-shoot, couples story, etc. The extended relationship definitely can play out in how I related to you as a couple.
By evening the temperature had cooled and an amazing reception emerged. One of my favorites. An old truck doubled as a buffet station, signs pointed to different events, IBC bottled root beer was the beverage of the evening and beef skewers were on the grill. They even had Porta-Potties. I felt like I was at a country fair. Amazing night.
I picked up on some thematic elements in Micah and Brittney's wedding that played throughout the entire wedding film I made for them. This is why I am posting it from start to finish. It's very circular in how it was made. The end takes you back to the middle and the beginning.
I hope you enjoy it.
Ryan

Mesa, AZ LDS Temple Wedding: Kensley & Jim
The ruffles on Kensley's dress make me want to weep with fashion joy.
(Jennifer Weems, a million thanks for sending over this dreamy wedding!)

I love the flare. So very very dreamy.

Um, hey blue eyes! Isn't she Gorgeous?

Classic Mesa Temple shot. Very nice.

Little pudgy-ness makes me smile. (the child, not the bride... the bride is the anti-pudgy)

A few M&M's to tempt guests to the sign in book works like a charm.

I want that pink mixer. Can I register for my birthday?

A sparkler good night.
And now, the lovely Wedding Film:
James and Kensley Vignette from Chris Epperson on Vimeo.
I adore how Jennifer Weems captured Kensley and Jim's Sealing day and all of their hotness!
A million more thanks to Jennifer and to Two Bright Lights for sharing the wedding love.

Film Friday: SLC, UT Temple Wedding Video
Kale Fitch captures Sean and Andrea's gorgeous SLC summer wedding and shares it with us!
The Reception was held at the Memorial House in Memory Grove and the Ceremony, inside the SLC Temple.
Oh my goodness, how cute was her bouquet with the yellow buttons all over?
The paper lanterns and clothes pin gallery are simply smashing and perfect details for Sean and Andrea's intimate reception! And I'd like to give the Andrea extra points for the cake topper matching her bouquet!
Amazing job (as usual) to Kale Fitch Productions!

Film Friday - Love Story Video
Ryan from Ryan Hinman Films shared this beautiful Love Story film with me, and it instantly became my favorite!
(and it has nothing to do with the groom's name… though that doesn't hurt.)
I adore the idea of a "Love Story" film, especially when you think of showing it to your future children and how they will so appreciate seeing their young parents speak lovingly about their "story".
Ryan does a spectacular job capturing the spirit of Alex and Blake's affection.
Beauty.
Simply beauty.
Thanks Ryan, and congrats to A and B!

Film Friday - Draper Temple Wedding Video
Kale Fitch is amazing.
I am thrilled to share this piece of art with you!
Kale is seriously one of the top 3 "Most awesome wedding videographers ever."
(in Paige's list of Awesome)
Just look!
Isn't it fabulous?
I completely love the lighting at the backyard reception.
All of the candles and lights so strategically placed. Its lovely.
The Table settings and floral decor are so stunning… even the square plates make happy.
And will you look at the beautiful bride?!
Ok, seriously? Her hair is just the right amount of elegant and I totally dig that she left off a necklace so she could ware those gorgeous chandelier earrings and still avoid jewelry overkill.
ok, Kale… wanna come shoot Blake and me? … seriously… do you?

Salt Lake, Utah LDS Temple Wedding: Kylee and Jason
Spencer Hale, from Giant Brothers videography, originally contacted me regarding this Beautiful wedding and I was so impressed by his work!
But when John Woodbury sent me not only images from the wedding, but also some engagements and a few bridals too, I knew I just HAD to share it with you!

But when John Woodbury sent me not only images from the wedding, but also some engagements and a few bridals too, I knew I just HAD to share it with you!
I love fields and open locations for engagements. I'm also totally digging Jason's hat!
Are you kidding me, Kylee?!
Can a woman actually be sexy, classy, stunning, gorgous AND modest?
Yes we can.
Kylee and Jason were Sealed at the Mormon Mecca. Thats right: the Salt Lake Temple!
(was that blasphemous? … probably not, right? :D)
Kylee's bouquet absolutely screams "spring time". The light, pastel colors of the flowers complements Jason's tie and makes the whole occasion a bit lighter and more fun.
Love the silver cake stand! You really don't know how much this element adds to your reception decor until you see it.
Check out the bottom of Kylee's veil!
You want to know what makes an awesome wedding?

Ok, you HAVE to watch the entire video. There is an African children's choir at the end… and yes, I did tear up.
"This is one of the funnest weddings I’ve ever done!" -Spencer Hail: Giant Brothers
Also, this video won a Bronze award from WEVA International (Wedding & Event Videography Association), which is great recognition for LDS weddings from an international community.

Spencer and John: You are both incredibly talented and I thank you so much for sharing this beauty with me and other LDS brides.
Kylee and Jason: You're drop-dead gorgeous. I hate you.
(Just kidding! If you lived closer, we'd probably hang out and go bowling and possibly to lunch at In and Out.)
